Great place to live unless you have a vehicle. You can expect to pay an extra $50 a month for a carport or hunt for a spot every night, on occasion having to end up double/illegally parking. Diamond parking is contracted to come enforce rules against parking violators but they do a horrible job and rarely enforce anything. Besides that neighbors are good and being at a dead end hill is nice and quiet. Edit: I need to update my review and reduce my two star to a one, here is my main reason. The management now has somehow convinced the police to come patrol our quiet dead end parking lot for illegally parked vehicles. The people targeted are more or less forced to resign to parking illegally because the management doesn't enforce the basic parking rules thus making it impossible for them to find parking. If they did, people wouldn't be forced to double park thus getting ticket by the police. Still a good place if you ride a bike or walk.

If I could rate this place a half star I would. I'm not the bad rating type however, this was necessary. I was warned by MULTIPLE people upon moving in that it was a bad idea. I moved in despite what they had experienced and immediately felt regret. I should've known better because leading up to my move in was a disaster. You can never get ahold of anyone on the phone. You leave a message and never hear back. Staff doesn't follow through with what they say. Ever. I was told about 8 different times that a manager would call and I never once spoke with a manager the whole year I was there. I eventually just gave up and waited for my lease to be over. I put work orders in and a week later never saw anyone, they even forgot to put things in like that. Maintenance guys are really nice. However I had to put the same work order in 3 or 4 different times before they finally fixed the problem! I had beetles after moving in and my closet was broken. Clothes spread all over the carpet where the beetles were living and it took them weeks to fix my closet so I could finally get my clothes off the nasty floor! They initially tried to move me into an ADA unit without me knowing. The guy I was working with at the time had rented another apartment to me prior to this but then said never mind those residents aren't moving out anymore. However I didn't care because he said I have another unit that's the exact same thing but just a building over. WRONG! ADA units look completely different there. And that's not what I needed or wanted and above all I was never told. I had to them move out of my current (at the time) apartment and into a storage unit because I was not willing to pay for a unit I didn't want. They didn't have another apartment available for another week. I paid a month worth of storage fees for just a week because of something they messed up on. When I asked for that money off my rent they said they would give me a small chunk off of my next months rent, not current. Which makes no sense to me. On top of everything parking is HORRIBLE. You're basically forced to pay $50 a month or you won't find a spot. Oh and you can't have visitors after the office closes because they'll ticket them. Happened to my visitors multiple times. Good luck to all current residents. Really hope they're able to fix this place up because the property and units are beautiful. Oh and they wanted around $300 for me to renew. I'll be damned.
